Here is what we will need from you:

• We need a full set of building plans to ensure an accurate quote. You can email your plans to engineering@ffptruss.com, mail them to us, or call us to arrange for us to pick them up.
• Residential quotes will be completed in 5 working days or less. In most cases you will receive a draft truss layout and truss profile package with your quote. Commercial quote timeline will depend on the scope of the project.
• If you do not have a credit account with Florida Forest Products, we require a 50% deposit along with the signed quote. We accept cash, personal checks, and business checks. We do not accept credit cards.
• Once we receive the signed quote from you we will produce a Truss Placement Plan and Truss Profile Shop Drawings for your review and approval. Upon your approval, we will engineer and manufacture the trusses.
• The amount of time between our receipt of the signed quote and the delivery of the trusses to your jobsite varies depending on demand, but is usually between 8 and 12 weeks. So please plan ahead.
